» Every year, teams build a robot to play a game.
» During 6 weeks, teams design and build a robot.
» Teams compete and cooperate with 3 robot alliances in each match of the game.
» About 50 teams attend each regional and about 200 attend the final.
» In 2008, the Boston Regional filled about 2/3 of the Agganis Arena.
» The championship takes place on the field of the Georgia Dome in Atlanta, GA.
