This year, WorldPride is taking place in New York City, with multiple events scheduled between June26, 2019 and June 30,2019. In anticipation of these events, the New York City Police Departmentwill temporarily close various connecting streets and avenues, mostly within Manhattan. A list of theaffected roadways is attached hereto.

Accordíngly, all licensees and registrunts are hereby dírected to complete waste collection ín theaffected øreas before 2:00 um- on ,Iune 30, 2019. Furthermore, you üre directed to remove yourrespectíve contøiners along the event route beþre 10:00 p.m. on June 29, 2019. Collection mayresume atl2A0 a.m. on July 1, 2019. Moreover, all licensees and registrants must noti$r all customersalong the event route that no waste or containers may be placed on the curbside between 9.00 p.m. onJurrc 29, 2019 and I 1 :00 p.m. on June 30, 2019 .

Business Integrity Commission enforcement agents will be on the event route to ensure compliancewith this directive. A map of the World Pride Parade and Festival event route showing the affectedroadways is annexed hereto, and is available on the BIC website and at:https://wwwl.nyc.gov/html/dot/downloads/pdf/world-pride-embmap-2019.pdf.

Please be aware that the City's Department of Transportation ("DOT") issued a festival constructionembargo along the event route from 12:01 a.m. on Wednesday, June 26th through 11:59 p.m. onSunday, June 30, 2019. DOT will strictly enforce this embargo and violators are subjeõt to besummonsed. Failure to comply with this directive may result in àdministrative penalties and/or fines up to $10,000.See 17 RCNY 1-09. Failure to comply with this directive may also affect your company's licensingor registration status before the Commission.
