Daily Quarantine Report generated by SpamSentinel

Report automatically generated and mailed to each user so they can review quarantined mail without support from the Lotus Notes administrator. Notice that each report contains pop-ups of the message text (without offending graphics) so a user can determine if this is a valid message. They can then click on the doclink which links directly to the message in the Quarantine database, without entering a new password. They can then release the message, or whitelist the sender to prevent further messages from being stopped. All without administrative support or phone calls.

SpamSentinel Administration Database

This database contains all of the settings necessary to manage SpamSentinel. You can make any configuraton

settings that you choose, and override any settings in the system, giving you complete control over your

messaging environment! This includes daily statistics of messages blocked as well as the ability to configure

whitelists, blacklists and RBLs to augment SpamSentinel's internal blocking.

Quarantine Database

All messages caught by SpamSentinel are redirected to the Quarantine database, a mail-in Notes database. ReaderNames security ensures that users only see messages that were intended for them. Large organizations can have one quarantine database on each of their mail servers, with messages only for users on that server. Users can whitelist any sender or domain from the message in their quarantine without administrative support, for 100% self-service.
