AIANO tubular heater guards are made from finger-safe 25x13x1.63mm (16swg) weld mesh with moveable clips, which can be attached to any part of the frame. All guards have a strong round bar frame. If you cannot find a suitable guard, we offer a bespoke service.

AIANO heater guards suit a wide range of storage, panel, convector heaters and electric radiators. The guards are made from 25x25x2.64mm weld mesh on a 5swg steel frame and will be powder coated white after manufacture. Other colours and finishes are available on request. AIANO recommends a clearance between the heater and the guard of 75mm (3”) to ensure the guard is fully finger-safe. If you cannot find a suitable guard, we offer a bespoke service.

They also incorporate a thermal fuse as a safety feature. The element is easily replaceable at end of life so that the whole towel rail doesn’t have to be replaced. IP55 rated.

This gives you surface temperature control. The thermostatic element also features a 2 hour button which can either change the temperature for 2 hours or turn off after 2 hours. The controller is not thermostatic and functions by reducing the amount of time the element is actually heating. There are 5 different power settings and a 2 hour button. Dual fuel element kits comprise an electrical cartridge element with 1000mm cable and fittings to convert a standard a central heating towel rail to electric only or electric and central heating. To convert to electric only, there is a blanking plug supplied and the T piece can be discarded. To convert to dual fuel, the T piece can take the element and a radiator valve and the blanking plug can be discarded. They are fixed temperature with a built-in thermostat. They also incorporate a thermal fuse as a safety feature. These kits can also be used as replacements for the standard towel rails. IP55 rated.

The JetHeat series of industrial electric fan heaters are designed for use in workshops, nurseries, showrooms, storage rooms, construction sites and containers, ideal for small to large spaces.

The range comes in 3kW 240V plus 9kW,15kW and the largest, 30kW, these 3 are 415V 3 Phase.

This range of commercial / industrial heaters is perfect for auxiliary heating in small to large rooms. They also provide comfortable heat and help with frost protection. Both economic and efficient with their integrated powerful fans, the heat is concentrated to heat the ambient air efficiently.

The JetHeat series of industrial electric fan heaters consume no oxygen and are absolutely odourless, thus being a considerable advantage when being used in poorly ventilated areas.They are also waterproof class IPX4 for use in damp and wet areas.

The units are robust and designed for trade use with plastic feet and handle for easy grip and less noise in use. Larger models feature wheels for easy manoeuvrability. The heaters can be adjusted through an angle of 30° according to requirements within the frame stand. The heat output can be adjusted in three stages, fan only, half heat and full heat.

There is an optional power cable for the 3 Phase models. The JetHeat models’ temperature can be adjusted and is controlled by the integrated thermostat. In summer, they can be used for ventilating rooms when used on fan only setting.

All appliances are certificated to CE / GS /LVD / EMC / RoHS. The heating elements are enclosed in a stainless jacket and are thermally protected.

The main body is manufactured from galvanized steel and the whole metal casing is powder coated against rust. The handle and feet are insulated in plastic.
