Football for Development Programs

The KNVB Academy is known for it's Program called Football for Development, a program where the Dutch experience of Grassroots Programs is combined with the unique experience of some of the best Local Sport & Development programs, such as the Mathare Youth Sports Association (MYSA) in Kenya and the Kalusha Foundation in Zambia. 10 Years of Capacity building by the KNVB Academy with these kind of local organizations has resulted in a number of well educated young coaches, both male and female, who are unique experts in the field of Football for Social Development, who can help any Community Based Organization building a structure for local development through football programs.
