friend and foods like oatmeal have loads of soluble fiber and are a great choice for those trying to lower their cholesterol. Other great
sources of soluble fiber include carrots, barley, flaxseed, oats, apples, and sweet
potatoes. And, for those who don't care for these delicious foods, you can even add fiber to your foods and beverages so you have no
excuse at all.
Drink pure apple juice or eat apples every single day. Apples are known to lower elevated cholesterol levels because it contains high levels of phenols which prevent LDL from attaching to the blood vessels.
Instead, it encourages it to pass through the excretory system.
In conclusion, changing your diet many not be easy but when make simple but effective changes, you
can positively changes your health and lower that bad cholesterol. Now
