Terms and conditions 1. Deposit and confirmation The client is responsible to check the food and equipment list ensuring all the details are correct. The signed documents with 50% deposit must be paid within 5 days of the confirmation of the event. 2. Payment This quotation on valid for 15 days from the date of issue Payment to be settled by cheque must be made payable to ‘Foodieetcetera Catering’ or deposit to HSBC 813-147642-833 First Payment of 50% deposit (non-refundable) 5 days upon the signing of the contract. The remaining 50% of the confirmed full amount must be settled 7 days after the event. 3. Cancellation 14 days - full deposit will be refunded. 7 days - 50% of confirmed full amount will be charged. 3 days - 100% of confirmed full amount will be charged. 4. Loss or damage equipment All equipment supplied or hired for a client event shall be at the risk of the client during any the event. Charges will be applied if the equipment is damaged or broken. If no waiting staff, the equipment must be packed and ready to be picked up by our staff at the end of the event. Otherwise an additional charge will be applied. 5. Black rain and typhoon In the case of typhoon signal Number 8 or Black Rain Storm, the function maybe rescheduled with advance notice of at least 12 hours before the conformed event time.
