PARKING – upon arrival, please pick up you parking permit at the Information Kiosk on Tower Rd (Appendix A) and park in the lot behind Morrison Hall (this is the ONLY lot available to use visitor permits in).

Council members will sit at their “starting” table and rotate, in numerical order, every 20 minutes (Appendix B)

12:30 – 1:50 PM Student/Advisory Council Rotation Lunch

2 Advisory Council members with 6 students; rotate every 20 min. (students who are not attending dinner)

Staff will quickly reset room for club and team presentations (Appendix C)

2:00 – 2:30 PM Student Clubs Presentations

Only two teams are presenting so council members will NOT split into two groups (Appendix D)

Council members remain in Conference Center for ice breaker scavenger hunt; staff member will help split Council and students into teams (Appendix E)

3:30 – 4:15 PM Student/Advisory Council Ice Breaker Scavenger Hunt

(helps students get to know council members)
