In this presentation we are going to be talking about the food that you can find in Valencia, in Catalua and in Andaluca. Also we will talk about the 'tapas'. Slide 5 Food in Valencia - A tipical dish of Valencia is the Paella -For seconds a popular dish is the Fideu; the ingredients are fresh fish, shellfish, nudels and other ingredients. -One of our favourite Valencian desserts are the Almendrados. They consist in a hard biscuit base with half an almond on top. They can be served with ice cream, which is nicer for a younger taste. Slide 6 Food in Catalua -The starter that we have chosen to represent Catalua are Catalan peas, whose ingredients are green peas, little pieces of bacon, hierbs, tomato pura and black butifarra sausage. -If you visit Catalua, we advice you to try sepia with meatballs, which ingredients of this dish are sepia, meatballs, eggs, tomato, hierbs, oil, onions, etc. -The dessert that we have found aceptable to represent Catalan's gastronomy is the Crema catalana (Catalan cream), that is a dish tradicionally origanated in Catalua Slide 7 Food in Andaluca Gazpacho is a very popular dish in Andaluca during the summer. - Gazpacho is a very popular dish in Andaluca during the summer. - A typical first dish in Andaluca are beans with serrano ham. - There is a dessert from Santa Fe, in Granada, very popular and delicious called Piononos. Slide 8 Tapas Tapas are a traditional Spanish snack that most of the bars in Spain serve with the order of a drink.
