4.HealthandSafety(seeappendix1) Toensurebestpracticeforouroperations,VIVAbegantheHACCPcertificationprograminAugust2017andreceivedfullcertificationfromBSIon11.01.2018.HACCPensuresthatouroperationsisbasedonsoundscience,regulatoryrequirements,andindustrybestpractice.

VIVAwillregularlymeasurecomplianceagainstthesestandardsandimplementperformanceobjectivestoassureourclientsthatweareprovidingfoodwhichissafetoeatwhilemeetingtheirqualityexpectations.

VIVAManagementassumetheroleofsupervisionofouremployeesforcomplianceandconformancewiththeseStandards.VIVAalsoexpectsimilarlyhighstandardsfromoursuppliersandcontractors.

5.PurchasingandSupplyChainAtVIVAwepurchasegoodsandservicesfromavarietyofsuppliers,fromlargeinternationalorganizationstospecialistlocalsuppliers.Ourpolicysetsoutcertainminimumstandardswhichwerequireoursupplierstomeet,andtheseareclearlystated.Asaminimum,ourprocurementactivitywillcomplywiththerelevantFoodSafetyandHealthandSafetystandards,CodesofPractice,CompanyregulationsandstandardsinVietnam.

VIVA-APP-andexcitingnewwaytomanageyourmeals,iscomingtoourSchoolsinthethirdquarter2018.Employeeswillhavethepowerofchoiceandconvenience.Checkoutthespecialoftheday,orderyourmeals,vieworderhistoryandpayonlinethroughAndroidorAppleOSdevices.

FarmtoTableisanexcitingoutdoorlearningexperiencefororganizations.With50m2ormoreofoutdoorspace,VIVAdesignsandcreatesanorganicgardenwherefreshvegetablesandherbsareharvested.Ourgoalistoenhancestudentsunderstandingofwhereourfoodcomesfromandhowitisgrown.
