Following on from selecting 6 fonts for our digipak front cover, as a group we asked a variety of different ages just to pick the image they liked the most. To collect these responses we used the form of a tally chart, distinguishing between our audience’s ages. Our findings were based on a mixed sample of gender to ensure we gathered a variety of responses.
Our results were as followed:
From this, there’s a mix of opinions about which font to use. However, it is clear that the two most popular images were 2 and 3. These were using; Herculaneum and Eccentine std.Due to still not being able to decide upon one font style, at least for the moment we have been able to narrow our choices down to two which we can now ask a random sample of people which they prefer and we’ll go by what they have said.
