It is essential that all reading materials are brought to and from school sensibly and safely. The ideal mode of travel is the Kingsmoor Book Bag available in September 2012. At present books and materials are being damaged thus incurring a cost to parent / guardians. Please help us to preserve our reading stock.

EATING PROTOCOLS

BREAK TIME

We encourage our children to eat a healthy snack of fruit or vegetables at break time. FS and KS1 are provided with a piece of fruit or vegetable as part of our Healthy School Scheme. Please do not send chocolate or fizzy drinks. LUNCHES

School lunches cost £1.95 and can provide a healthy, varied and balanced diet for your child. We recommend that packed lunches contain balanced foods. Sweets, chocolate or fizzy drinks are not allowed in school. Parents are requested not to send peanut butter or any foods containing nuts.

DRINKS

Water is available in class at all times. Fizzy drinks must not be brought to

school. Drinks bottles are available to buy from the school office (£1.20) if
