The way it worksThe FOGWISE™ determines interceptor FOG levels and informs bylaw officers and facility managers when pump-out is needed. It will record grease level data, and register it on a monitor panel showing exactly how much grease is present any given time. Grease interceptor will be pumped-out only when it has reached full capacity.
