JAR-OPS 1 Subpart K & L Compliance List Introduction

• Aeroplanes may be imported into Croatia, provided it can be shown that the aeroplane conforms to JAR-OPS 1 Subpart K & L. Purpose

• The intent of this compliance list is to ensure that an aeroplane to be operated under JAR-OPS 1 has been examined by the operator and is considered in conformity with the requirements of JAR-OPS 1 Subpart K & L.

Applicability • Import and dry lease-in of large aeroplanes used for commercial air transportation. Reference • This compliance List is derived from Amendment 5 to JAR-OPS 1, effective 1 May 2003. Completion of form • Note 1: Each relevant box to be completed with a tick (√) or a (X); • Note 2: Add STC number (i.e. STC 12345-LA); • Note 3: Add reference of service publication and revision number or revision date (i.e. SB 25-123 Rev. 2); • Note 4: If Note 1, Note 2 and Note 3 not applicable, add references of other compliance documents (i.e. Mod. 6789). If JAR-26 paragraph

not applicable to aeroplane registration, complete column with “Not Applicable” (N/A).
