Sub: Auction for lifting of condemned vehicle of the Ministry - regarding.

Ministry of Tribal Affairs intends to dispose of one condemned vehicle of thisMinistry through auction from experienced and resourceful contractors, which hasbeen kept in Shastri Bhawan in front of Gate No. 7. The details of vehicle and itsreserve price are as under:

2. Interested parties may participate in the auction which is scheduled to be heldat 3:00pm on 31st July, 2017 in Shastri Bhawan near Gate no, 7. However,interested party may inspect the vehicle between 1:00 to 3:00pm at the same placeon any working day by seeking prior appointment from SO(GA) over tel. No.23073749.

3. Interested parties have also to deposit amount Rs. 20001- as EMD (by DO infavour of Pay and Account Officer, Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Shastri Bhawan, NewDelhi or by cash) before commencement of the auction. The details of terms andconditions is enclosed in Annexure 'A'.

Terms and Conditions

I, hereby, accept terms and conditions of the auction and declare that these are bindingof the successful bidder:-

• Agree to lift the items on 'As is where is' basis.• Agree to deposit Rs. 2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand only) as EMD (by DD or cash)before commencement of the auction.

• Deposit 25% of the bid value (including the EMD already deposited) in cashimmediately on stroke of hammer.

• Deposit the balance 75% of the bid value in cash.• Lift the items at the earliest. After submitting identity proof of self/residentialaddress to ensure bona fides.

• The Ministry reserves its right to reject any bid including the highest and thoselower than the reserve price.

• If the selected bidder does not show interest in lifting the goods, the EMDdeposited by the bidder shall be forfeited and other actions initiated includingresale of the goods in question at the risk/cost of the defaulter, and

• From the time of depositing the total amount to lifting of the items, the disposedgoods will be at successful bidder's risk in all respect like theft, fire etc andMinistry shall have no liability in this reqard.

• Destruction of the material of the auctioned stores shall be as per standingguidelines issued by Government.
