Type ‘GradConnect’ into the keyword search and click ‘search’.

You will have three job options:

GradConnect – midwifery GradConnect – registered nursing GradConnect – enrolled nursing

Choose the job relevant to you.

Read the advertThis page will provide all of the information about the position, including the selection criteria you will be asked within the job application.

It may help if you prepare your responses to the application questions in a word document. This will assist in finding spelling and grammatical errors, as well ensures you have a copy of your answers for future reference.

Once you are ready to apply, click ‘apply for job’.

Read through the splash page and follow the instructions to set up your login details and to commence your job application.

Edit and SaveIf you wish to exit your application at any stage, remember to save and logout. All information entered will be saved to this point.

Please be aware that the system may time-out without warning. This will only happens if you leave your application for more than 1 hour without hitting save.

Edit unfinished applications, update submitted applications, or withdrawGo to www.jobs.wa.gov.au

Click ‘Search jobs’

Enter your email and password. This is the same as when you started your application.

If you’ve forgotten your password, click ‘forgotten your password?’

Once logged in, you will see the following screen:

To finish incomplete application, click the link under ‘my applications’ called ‘incomplete applications’.

To edit submitted applications, click the link under ‘my applications’ at ‘active applications’. You will be prompted to withdraw your application. Do this, update your application and then ensure you hit submit once you are finished. You can only edit applications during the application opening period.

It is not recommended to withdraw application after the application closing date, unless you intentionally want to withdraw your application from the pool permanently.

Job offersOffers are made in rounds and only on particular dates. See Important application dates (Word 161KB) available at at www.gnc.health.wa.gov.au

During the offer dates, you can login to your account as described in the edit and save section above and click on the link under ‘my applications’ at ‘active applications’.

If you have been made an offer, you will see the words ‘offer made’. You must accept or decline this offer by the closing date (available in the Important application dates (Word 161KB)).

If you do not see the words’ offer made’, your application was not successful during that round.

As a courtesy – if you accept an offer and then later need to decline please contact the hospital or health service or [email protected] as soon as possible so that your offer can be made to someone else.
