Internationally renowned Yoga teacher Nico Luce invites you for a profound yoga experience at the magnificent, newly opened Eco Retreat Center Balaiana in the North of Sardinia. The program throughout the week consist of daily Meditation, Pranayama and Asana-sessions and as well as Philosophy lectures rooted in eastern spirituality. Clarify your mind with morning Meditation, use precise breathing techniques to energize your body and dive into the flow of Vinyasa Yoga. After a wholesome brunch you can enjoy the facilities of the center, the beach or visit nearby villages. In the evening we meet for Yin/Restorative classes and dinner. Nico Luce has been practicing and teaching Yoga for 15 years and has trained in various lineages such as Power Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Anusara, Yin and Pilates. He is also a devoted student of eastern philosophy and spirituality. His classes combine inspiring themes with a dynamic physical practice focused on refinement while cultivating presence in the moment. Together with his wife and their children, they live in the French part of Switzerland and travels internationally offering teacher trainings, workshops and retreats. We recommend a rental car for individual daytrips. Lunches are organized individually by the participants. This Summer Yoga week is suitable for both beginners and more experienced yogis.
