We will push you to the limit... Each group or private training session is set in the beautiful surrounding landscape of Northern Ibiza. Using specialised fitness equipment combined with the variety of challenges the environment around us naturally provides, we guaranty you a diversity of exercises in your daily fitness routine, which will push you to the limit, and put a smile on your face.

The Bootcamp training sessions (cont.)Here are some examples of the many activities and fitness sessions we are offering:

• strength circuits: sessions that are guaranteed to hit every muscle group and improve upper and lower body strength.

• cardio circuits: fun and fast moving sessions to improve all round cardio fitness for all levels.

• core fitness: sessions concentrating on the body’s deep stabiliser muscles. Using stability balls and pilates techniques, you’ll feel muscles working that you never knew existed.

• boxercise: a fantastic stress buster and a highly effective form of cross-training that also enhances sports specific senses, including hand-eye co-ordination, balance and timing. Boxercise classes are always fun, energetic and strangely addictive.

• running sessions: for the keen beginner to the seasoned runner – on scenic trails, with flatter shorter distances through to longer undulating trails for experienced runners.

• sports specific training: sessions to improve performance in a variety of sports such as running, swimming, cycling, racquet sports, skiing and golf. Whatever you play or do, we can train you for it.

• yoga: restorative evening yoga classes are provided daily.

Our trainers

Robin has been a professional personal and group fitness trainer for the past �� years and has worked throughout Europe for different health clubs and fitness camps. He has also been a professional contemporary dancer and teacher lecturing in choreography and classical dance technique for �� years. Robin’s philosophy to training ensures fun, effective, challenging and holistic solutions to every client’s goals.

Chris has been involved in the fitness industry for � years, working as a fitness club manager, class instructor, endurance event and obstacle course coordinator and personal trainer. This intensity in training comes from a background in freestyle and professional wrestling and more recently Chris has immersed himself in the art of Muay Thai as a means of testing his limits. Always looking for his next “breaking point”, he will push you to find yours and then go further.

Victor began his career in the professional army as Physical Education Instructor. Since ����, he is working as a certified Personal Trainer with further education of the LesMilles School (CX Works Programme). Victor has actively pursued a number of sports to a high standard and boasts Marathon, Body Weight Trainings and Golfing as his most recent sporting passions. Victor has a reputation as being a versatile Trainer with bags of enthusiasm and is keen to bring a sense of achievement and success to all his clients.

Nicole delights in connecting all sports enthusiasts to the benefits of experiencing yoga, and how it can be used to increase physical and mental performance at any level. She is widely recognized for her ability to simplify the complexities of exercise physiology in a fun and enlightening way, enabling students to learn to make self adjustments to prevent injury and relieve discomfort.

Toby: Being born in Ibiza, there are only few spots he has not walked on the Island. After taking a walk around the full circumference of the island over �� days and nights with just � euro in his pocket, he had a rare opportunity to fully drink in its landscape. As a result, he finds his cup is always quite full! He loves to share his knowledge and to be on tour with the TOP HILL retreats guests.
