Castrol Hysol™ SL 45 XBB is a high performance soluble metalworking fluid, which is free from boron, chlorine and formaldehyde releasing agents.

It contains an additive package that can help to enhance machining performance and surface finish. It also provides good product stability which helps to lower the overall operational costs.

Designed especially for machining of aluminium and titanium alloys in the aerospace industry. The product can also be used for machining of ferrous alloys.

Application

Hysol SL 45 XBB is suitable for large central systems and single sump

machines.

The Hysol SL45 XBB has aerospace approvals, including

Airbus & Safran.


Installed directly in the water supply line, the Dosatron operates by using the

flow of water as the power source. The water activates the Dosatron, which

takes up the required percentage of concentrate directly from the container

and injects it into the water. Inside the Dosatron, the concentrate is mixed

with the water, and the water pressure forces the solution downstream. The

dose of concentrate will be directly proportional to the volume of water

entering the Dosatron, regardless of variations in flow or pressure, which may

occur in the main line.

Meet the Team….We have two new members of staff in the customer service team, Stuart and Samantha. Both team members bring great skills and experience to the company and strengthen the customer service team.

Focus on.…Customer Service

Stuart joined the company in January 2017. Prior to this he lived and worked in Spain running his own excursion business, and is therefore a proficient Spanish speaker, which is good for any of our Spanish speaking customers!A former motorcycle racer, Stuart served his time as a motor vehicle technician, and has a wide range of experience in the motor industry.

Stuart Nicholls (Customer Service)

Samantha joined the team in February 2017, and is covering Kayley’s maternity leave. Prior to joining the company Samantha worked as a receptionist at a Volkswagen dealership, and has also worked overseas as a holiday rep in Turkey.

In her spare time Samantha enjoys going to the gym, cooking and experimenting with new cuisine.

Kurtis joined us in September 2014. Kurtis manages the stock deliveries from suppliers and despatches from the warehouse, as well as assisting the customer service team.

A keen football player and supporter, Kurtis tries to watch as many Newcastle United games as he can.
