Im Jahr 1970 begann Helmut Thorberger mit der Züchtung

von Primula acaulis.Seine damaligen Zuchtziele “große

Blüten, robuste & gesunde Pflanzen” sind auch heute noch aktuell.

In the year of 1970 Helmut Thorberger began

to breed Primula acaulis. His aim at that time

to create healthy and robust plants with large

flowers is still the aim of today.

Da seit 2010 die 3. Generation durch Felix Wison in der Unternehmensfüh-

rung vertreten ist, wurde die Firma in “Hethor flowers“ umbenannt. Since 2010 the enterprise is represented

by Felix Wison, the third generation and

changed its name into “Hethor flowers”.

Aus dem zusammengesetzten Vor- und Nachnamen des

Züchters entstand 1989 der ge-schützte Name Hethor acaulis.

The protected name of Hethor acaulis,

being composed of the grower’s first name

and surname, was created in 1989.

Im Familienbetrieb wurde schon bald die Tochter Susanne Wison in die Züchtungsarbeit einbezogen. Seit 1980 ist sie die verantwortliche Züchterin der Hethor acaulis.

In the family business daughter Susanne

Wison was soon involved in the breeding.

Mit der Hethor acaulis petito erreichen sie eine exzellente Effizienz durch hohen Flächenbesatz. Ein Endabstand von 80 Pflanzen pro m2 im 9 cm Topf, bei nur geringem Hemm-stoffeinsatz ist problemlos kultivierbar.

Das gleichmäßige Aufblühverhalten und die einfachen Kulturansprüche erleich-tern die Massenproduktion. Ohne groß-en Hemmstoffeinsatz füllt die Hethor acaulis petito auch einen 10 cm Topf.

Die Vielseitigkeit der Hethor stieletto ermöglicht eine Produktion in 10 - 13 cm Töpfen sowie in Pflanzschalen oder Dekorcontainern.

Nacheinander blühen 4 - 5 Blüten-dolden auf und schenken dem Ver-braucher durch die gute Haltbarkeit lange Freude an seinen “stielettos”.
