Summary:

Is it possible that spring break is around the corner? What an awesome spring it is in FUSD #1. We still have no word on the final draft of the A-F School Labels for next year. It looks like AZ Merit will be a huge factor. We will do our best to prepare our students for the test. We did have a few glitches on the practice last week that we are working on making sure it is better for the real thing.

Our athletic programs across the district are having success and our kids are representing with victory and honor. There was even a track meet of a football game recently where both schools scored over 50 points at the 7 -8 level. We have the 7-8 championships this week; it has been a competitive season. FHS basketball made it to the quarterfinals losing in overtime to a good Fountain Hills team that made it to the championship.

We are looking at finishing the year strong.
