Campus Routing and Switching Routing and switching technologies are one of the main building blocks of HyeTech. Our firm invests considerable training and experience in all of Cisco’s switching products. We have designed and deployed numerous complex, multi-layer enterprise networks. HyeTech engineers, who have numerous years of experience have configured and deployed thousands of switches and routers in large environments. HyeTech has substantial hands on experience with Cisco Catalyst switches, as well as, Metro Ethernet switches. In fact, our engineers were among the first to recommend the use of the Metro Ethernet switches in school districts. That solution not only reduced cost, but also provided services with options were not previously available to school district wide area networks. Our firm has designed networks employing the simplest configurations and has also incorporated complex and advanced features available in these product lines. HyeTech has undertaken projects that require everything from designing and deploying a handful of switches to several thousand switches. Wireless HyeTech’s wireless practice and engineering is one of the leaders in this market. One notable client is the University of Arizona where HyeTech engineers played a crucial role in deploying one of the largest wireless networks in the state. The University of Arizona currently has more than 7500 Cisco wireless access points used across the campus. Two other notable clients, Mesa Public Schools and Tucson Unified School District, where Hye Tech engineers deployed over 6000 Cisco wireless access points at each district. HyeTech engineers are knowledgeable in the complexity created by large-scale deployment and comfortable working in this arena. Aside from the sheer number of access points, the wireless portion at the District will present the additional complexity for users to ‘bring your own device’ (BYOD). Our engineers have built and deployed secure wireless network to include access for guests as well as BYOD access. We have considerable experience in the Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) which is the critical part of any BYOD solution. The Cisco BYOD solution has been successfully deployed at the many districts HyeTech engineers. HyeTech incorporates BYOD access using Cisco ISE at other clients. Customer Experience HyeTech has served numerous government and school district clients. These agencies are HyeTech’s main focus. Over 75% of HyeTech’s current client base is dedicated to school districts and governmental agencies. We provide or have provided consulting and integration services to the following school districts:
Chandler Unified School District Florence Unified School District
