Floods in Jammu and Kashmir Severe floods were reported in Jammu & Kashmir during first week of September, 2014. Heavy rains coupled with rise in the water levels of Jhelum river had led to flooding in the districts of Srinagar, Anantnag, Pulwama, Badgam, Kulgam, Rajouri etc.
