Flight interruptedI was fluttering my wings in the sky My restive pinions blitzkriegly high My feathers vied amokThe sky was filled with the smoke I leaned to take the flight In the ocean of learning quiteUnabashedly I launched myself into the gust of wind-chimeSome spooky pang in my ribcage entwinedExaminations crushed my learning dreamsAll my feathers maligned in the rumbling streamsI gazed the unfathomable learning sky My scholarly quest was minced with a sly I vouched to imbibe the slew of dream I was kept mum with a smattering streamIt was my virgin flight ,O my lord what a plight I plummeted with screaming pain, All my dreams merely shame My feathers were disrupted, volcanically erupted My tears were encrypted, My flight was maiden and ironically interrupted! ~~~ Pawan Mishra
