Expansion

The entire FlexKom management has put the expansion into

new countries on hold for 2013. We ask you to refrain from any

contacting or commitments regarding expansion into foreign

countries that have not yet been opened.

We ask you also, to secure all your contacts through the pre-

launch option without charge, to be prepared by 2014 for an

eventual start in your expansion country with your fi rst sales

partner contacts!

This expansion stop is essential, to ensure the deserved sup-

port for phase 3 for all existing countries. all currently open

countries to move into Phase 3. All started countries are inten-

ded for the most important Phase 3 still in 2013, provided the

requirements are fulfi lled.

Start Phase 3

The time has come, setting up the FlexKobis is starting!

On July 27 and 28, 2013 Phase 3 was successfully rung-in in

Austria and East-Germany.

Despite vacation time and heat, in Guenzburg for Phase 2, as

well as in Austria and East-Germany for the beginning of Phase

3 a total of nearly 2,000 partners and guests were present.

In East-Germany, a check of 10,000 Euros was donated to the

city of Grimma for the fl ood victims!

The FlexKom Academy starts with two separate training dates

the beginning of the merchant phase. We have integrated the

dates in Event Calendar plus we ask all GTM to participate in

these trainings to secure with your certifi cation and coordina-

tion with the RCs your customer-multiplier. For all GTMs who

can not attend due to their vacation time, more FlexKom certi-

fi cations will be held in September. All GTMs in the regions will

be informed by e-mail and the appointments will be published

in the Event Calendar!

For all countries that are not yet in phase 3, in September start

dates will be coordinated with the respective country mana-

gers and passed on to you.

The goal is the launch in September, October and November,

the countries Holland, Belgium, West-Germany, France, Eng-

land, Switzerland in Phase 3.

In the next few weeks, you will fi nd all training videos here, so

you can educated better and faster.

The price for the E-Biz will increase immediately from 149,- Eu-

ros to 199,- Euros. The annual renewal fee will be reduced from

149,- Euros to 99,- Euros!

USA, Start Phase 1

The time is here! After successful developing Europe FlexKom

has now opened in the USA. With intensive efforts during the

last 2 months in the United States, the headquarters was foun-

ded in Las Vegas with an offi ce space of approximately 10.000

square meters. FlexKom America is headed by CEO Karl Rol-

ler, who is a networking professional himself. Mr. Roller has

successfully built networks worldwide over the last 26 years.

From September on, the offi cial release will be given to the

GTMs for building Phase 1 and 2. This creates for everybody

undreamt-of possibilities of passive shopping revenue shares

from America.

Simply send your QR Code Links to your contacts in the USA

from September on.

Cards Delivery and Exchange in QR Code Apps

Starting week begins the process of delivering the cards to all

the TM partner by mail. After many requests, we offer all TM

partners the opportunity to exchange your cards for QR Code

Apps. You will be able to make your choices in your back offi ce

from next week on. Until then, each partner can register cus-

tomers, their numbers will not be deducted from the QR Code

Apps. You can still make use of this bonus and register many

many customers by then!

FlexPos Special Edition Offer

As previously announced, all participants of the start events

were given the unique opportunity to acquire the FlexPos Spe-

cial Edition at a special price. This Special Edition has unique

features.

Provisions-Money-Table (PM) for the Commission according to the Compensation Plan

Charging FlexMoneys and Com-missions

After loading / charging with FlexMoneys, the Customer or Dis-

tributor Partner can use the FlexMoneys 100% for shopping in

the FlexKom Merchant Stores. If the Customer or Distributor

uses the FlexMoneys to make phone calls, then we have the

20/80 rule. This means e.g. the customer loads 100 FlexMo-

neys to make calls. From this, 20 Flex Moneys will be paid

out into the Compensation program and 80 FlexMoneys will be

used to make calls, which are not commissionable.

FlexCall Flat with charging / loading of 10 FlexMoneys

From this Flatrate, 1 FlexMoney goes into the Compensati-

on Plan and 1 FlexMoney goes directly as Referral bonus to

the Referrer, whether customer or distributor. The Customer

or Distributor Partner can use these Referral bonus 100% for

Shopping (free grocery shopping) in all available FlexKom Mer-

chant Stores or include this for the FlexCall Flat for his call.
