The Ritherdon FlexiPost is a signpost system that utilises a

spring-return mechanism to create a passive safe, self-

returning stainless steel signpost. The FlexiPost can withstand,

and recover, from 360 degree impacts and will always return

to its original vertical position.

At present, 5000 units have been successfully installed and

are currently operating in 5 different countries around the

world, including Australia. The intelligent design of the

Ritherdon FlexiPost also ensures that the signpost itself will not

twist upon impact, meaning the sign-face itself will always

return to be facing its original direction.

The FlexiPost itself is manufactured from galvanised steel and

is 2.8 metres in height – roughly the same height as a generic

signpost. Tested to be impacted 700 times at 70km/h, the

Ritherdon FlexiPost is guaranteed to self-return time-and-time

again.
