Children’s Hospital Introduces FLETCH Savings Card
East Tennessee Children’s Hospital is offering a new opportunity for local businesses and restaurants to gain customers while helping our region’s children. The FLETCH Savings Card (Friends Love East Tennessee Children’s Hospital) allows cardholders to save 20% at select retail stores and restaurants for 10 days this fall, October 24-November 2, 2014.
Children’s Hospital is asking retailers and restaurants to partner with us and provide a 20% discount to FLETCH Savings cardholders during the promotion. Your business will benefit with increased business and your customers will know you are helping to improve the pediatric care in East Tennessee. Participants will share in these positive outcomes:
• Greater visibility. East Tennessee Children’s Hospital will market the FLETCH Savings Card event. Your business name will be included in promotions, listed in the FLETCH Savings Card directory, and listed on the FLETCH Savings Card website with a link to your business website.
• Increased sales and traffic. Businesses in other areas with similar programs reported a 30% increase in overall sales compared to the same time in prior years.
• Motivated shoppers. FLETCH Savings Cardholders will enjoy a 20% discount at all participating retailers.
• Satisfaction. East Tennessee Children’s Hospital is the primary provider of pediatric health care in our region. We do not turn away any family or child regardless of their ability to pay. Through your participation, you will help children of all ages throughout East Tennessee.

How It Works:
• AsaretailorrestaurantpartnerduringtheFLETCHSavingsCard 10-day event, businesses agree to give a 20% discount to any FLETCH Savings Cardholder. There are no other fees or expenses.
• FLETCHSavingsCardswillbesoldfor$40beginninginSeptember. The card gives the donor a 20% discount at participating retailers and restaurants.
• TheFLETCHSavingsCardwillbeattachedtoaneasy-to-usedirectory with a listing of participating retail and restaurant partners.
• BeginningOctober1,FLETCHSavingsCardswillbeavailableatselect retail and restaurant partners. Please let us know if you would like to sell these cards to your customers.
• Retailersandrestaurantsmayhaveexclusions.Eachretailerwillbe responsible for labeling those exclusions in the store or restaurant.
• AlloftheproceedsfromthesaleoftheFLETCHSavingsCardsbenefit East Tennessee Children’s Hospital.
All retailers and restaurants must submit their agreement by September 1 to be included in 2014 promotional materials.
