Dear Jan,
As discussed, attached is the split sampling plan for the Western Sand & Gravel GW RI/FS Phase 1 sampling round. The first page is a summary of Olin's sampling plan. The second page identifies the plan CDM should follow.
! have also attached a copy of the table Olin put together outlining their sampling plan. Basically it should say the same thing as the first page of m~ attachment.
After you have had a chance to go over this, I would like to discuss it with you. Also, EPA would like to have CDM observe the other sampling done by Olin which won't
., be split. Our main concern is their basis, using indicator parameters, for deciding when additional samples will be taken at each well cluster•
