• Consider the time, physical and human resources available to the group, i.e

• Datelines (the time)• Logistics (physical)• Budget (physical)• Location (physical)• Weather (Physical)• Manpower (Human resources)

3. Generate alternatives/ Brainstorm solutions

• Examine as many solutions/ responses to the solve problem/ achieve objectives
