Dear Reader!

Looking at my photo, you’ll probably wonder about ”What might he know that I don’t?!”

To be honest - that’s what I’m interested in, too!!!

I don’t intend to analyse my experiences accumulated over the past years or to quote wise books you have most likely read, either. Instead, I’ll tell you about some events that have influenced my life with overwhelming force.

At the end of the 90’s I got my first ”serious” job at a company that imported sports equipment from Asia. It was a splendid, homely company, whose significant growth was due to the owners’ thoughtfulness and unusual business sense. I worked there with special effort for three years. During this time I got very close to the two owners, Lady Basia and Mister Tadeusz, who acquainted me with a real business world. I escorted them everywhere

in business matters (to fairs, expositions, conferences), and I learnt everything that school hadn’t taught me. In fact I took a liking to this world, although I immediately learned the naked truth: all the business knowledge I had absorbed was of no use for me. Simply because I could not duplicate the rest! The fact that during these three years I gained lots of business experience and after working as a simple employee I took a leading position and became the boss’s ”right arm”, did not have any effect on my financial condition, though. My cherished dreams connected with financial independence were fading fast. At this stage I decided to leave and start my own business.

Together with a collegue of mine we started renovating real estate and the venture flourished. It was at this time that I met MLM, but the first presentation had a negative impact on me.

Now, after many years, I can see that I myself was negative!

We were invited in the wrong way. We travelled a lot to experience something totally different from what we expected. Seeing the presenter with the flipchart drove us really mad! I had a seemingly prospering company, and that carried great weight. I did not intend to change anything, and not that way!!! Thus I made my mind up not to join... The person inviting us never called again. I never saw him again. It is a pity, because three months later I started working in MLM! Three months after this presentation my venture was gone, ...and I was learning again.

Hard times came, although my aim was on its way towards fulfilment. I met a real Mentor, who has been supporting me since then, and to whom I am extremely grateful for all the knowledge he has taught me. I can not only duplicate this knowledge completely, but I can also pass it on for others to be able to reach their goals as well! The ”new” experiences I gained during the five MLM years enabled me to take a leading position. My group kept expanding, and I was looking for new opportunities inherent in me, and was striving at high speed to break down my own barriers.

It was at this time that I learnt the toughest lesson. After five years of work it turned out that no matter how bright reputation, how many satisfied clients our company had, it could not go on. The news of our company having to quit the market touched me in a tender spot. But at that point I remembered the biggest truth I had learned: business is man itself. It is easier to build than maintain!

I started again with people who were not afraid to believe that the only impossible thing is impossibility itself. Part of the former team missed this belief. We also had GOOOOOD luck – I cannot put it in any other way! Of course, it was not by chance that we voted for Flavon max: we had never seen a company with so good index numbers and such a concrete marketing plan before!

What is more, the things that came about later were much better than we expected!

Nowadays I am calm, I can trust my business and my people. I have never ever seen so many people earn so much and with such great ease. Today we can state: we were extremely lucky to be part of a story like that!

Our life stories may differ. This, however, carries no weight as far as we draw similar conclusions from them. I chose Flavon and became successful – I could not have found a better way... I decided not to idle until I reach my goals. Believe me, everything starts with decision making. Do you know how I feel now?

The answer is: it is the condition when Belief becomes perfect Security, because you cannot question the facts, and you cannot stop the chain reaction any more! Then it comes to ... Thanks!

Spirulina (Spirulina platensis)Spirulina is a micro-organism able to use photosynthesis. Its growth is distinctly rapid, and it was named after its spiral shape.

Spirulina was a food source for the Aztecs and Mesoamericans until the 16th century. At that time it was harvested from Lake Texcoco, and as one of Cortés’ soldiers mentioned, it was consumed as a cake. The Aztecs called it tecuitlatl. In the 1960’s French researchers explored Lake Texcoco, where they indeed found spirulina in abundance. However, no reference to its consumption after the 16th century was found.

In the 1950’s European researchers working in Chad discovered a truly remarkable traditional food there. The bluish green cake-like food called Dihé available in the local markets was made from dried spirulina. Naturally, its history stretches far back in time. Spirulina has a long history in Chad, Africa, where it was an important daily food in Kanem Empire as early as the 9th century. It is still widely consumed today in a dried form. Dihé is mainly used to prepare la souce, which is a kind of fish or meat and vegetable broth, and can be found for sale at most markets in Chad and the settlements of the Sahel belt even today. Earlier it was an important food source for the members of the passing caravans, too. Spirulina masses are collected from the small ponds around Lake Chad and the small, temporary lagoons called “waadis”. Spiru-lina harvesting is a definitely women’s job in Africa. Women standing in waadis filter the algal biomass with plaited baskets. The harvested spirulina is at this stage a dark green mass. Later it is dried in the sun – thus preserved, and the algae become marketable goods. Thanks to the dry African climate it preserves its quality and nutritional value for a long time.

Spirulina started to be grown at the beginning of the 1970’s. It will only survive in water with high pH, therefore can be cultivated exclusively in such conditions. Its growing also demands lots of sunshine and

high temperatures. Thus it can be produced masterfully in the so-called brackish water. At present the countries producing the largest amount of spirulina are: the USA, Thailand, India, Taiwan, China, Pakistan and Myanmar. More and more experts consider spirulina to be an important form of food supply in the future. Their view is based on there being more and more brackish water regions resulting global warming. The inhabitants of those areas are able to produce a rich source of protein by cultivating spirulina. What is more, while the production of animal protein releases methane gas into the atmosphere, cultivating spirulina leads to binding CO2 and producing O2. Thus the cultivation of spirulina may have a positive effect on the environment.

Now let us have a look at the ingredients that make spirulina valuable. One of them is its unusually high content of protein, 60% in general. This protein contains mostly essential amino acids. Compared to the proteins of meat, it contains a reduced amount of methionine, cysteine, and lysine, but a higher amount of other amino acids. Spirulina is rich in gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), linoleic acid (LA), stearidonic acid (SDA), eicosapentae- noic acid (EPA). Besides, spirulina also contains considerable amounts of vitamin B1, B2, B3, B6, vitamin C, vitamin D and vitamin E. According to tests done so far, its vitamin B12 content is so high that one gram of dried product is able to provide the recommended daily intake It contains large amounts of macro- and micro-elements as well. Among them its potassium, calcium and chromium content is the most significant. Its positive effect on human organism is mainly due to the pigments it contains. Spirulina is a rich source of many pigments like chlorophyll-a, xanthophyll, beta-carotene, echinenone, myxoxanthophyll, zeaxanthin, canthaxanthin and allophycocyanin.

Consume it safely as it has complex and far-reaching effects.

The Major Key to Your Better Future is You - by Jim ROhn

Of all the things that can have an effect on your future, I believe personal growth is the greatest. We can talk about sales growth, profit growth, asset growth, but all of this probably will not happen without personal growth. It’s really the open door to it all. In fact I’d like to have you memorize a most important phrase. Here it is, “The major key to your better future is YOU.” Let me repeat that. “The major key to your better future is YOU.” Put that someplace you can see it everyday, in the bathroom, in the kitchen, at the office, anywhere where you can see it everyday. The major key to your better future is YOU. Try to remember that every day you live and think about it. The major key is YOU.

Now, there are many things that will help your better future. If you belong to a strong, dynamic and progressive company, that would help. If the company has good products, good services that you are proud of, that would certainly help. If there were good sales aids, that would help, good training would certainly help. If there is strong leadership that will certainly help. All of these things will help, and of course, if it doesn’t storm, that will help. If your car doesn’t break down, that will help. If the kids don’t get sick, that will help. If the neighbors stay half way civil, that will help. If your relatives don’t bug you, that will help. If it isn’t too cold, if it isn’t too hot, all those things will help your better future. And if prices don’t go much higher and if taxes don’t get much heavier, that will help. And if the economy stays stable, those things will all help. We could go on and on with the list; but remember this, the list of things that I’ve just covered and many more - all put together - play a minor role in your better future.

The major key to your better future is you. Lock your mind onto that. This is a super important point to remember. The major key is you. Mr. Shoaff always answered when asked, “How do you develop an above average income?” by saying “Simple, become an above average person. Work on you.” Mr. Shoaff would say, “Develop an above average hand-shake.” He would say, “A lot of people want to

be successful, and they don’t even work on their handshake. As easy as that would be to start, they let it slide. They don’t understand.” Mr. Shoaff would say, “Develop an above average smile. Develop an above average excitement. Develop an above average dedication. Develop an above average interest in other people.” He would say, “To have more, become more.” Remember; work harder on yourself than you do on your job. For a long time in my life, I didn’t have this figured out.

Strangely enough, with two different people in the same company one may earn an extra $100 a month, and the other may earn a $1,000. What could possibly be the difference? If the products were the same, if the training was the same, if they both had the same litera-ture, the same tools. If they both had the same teacher, the same compensation plan, if they both attended the same meetings, why would one person earn the $100 per month and the other person earn the $1000? Remember here is the difference...the difference is personal, inside, not outside, inside.

You see the real difference is inside you. In fact, the difference IS you. Someone once said, “The magic is not in the products. The magic is not in the literature. The magic is not in the film. There isn’t a magic meeting, but the magic that makes things better is inside you, and personal growth makes this magic work for you.

The magic is in believing. The magic is in daring. The magic is in trying. The real magic is in persevering. The magic is in accepting. It’s in working. The magic is in thinking. There is magic in a handshake. There is magic in a smile. There is magic in excitement and determination. There is real magic in compassion and caring and sharing. There is unusual magic in strong feeling and you see, all that comes from inside, not outside. So, the difference is inside you. The real difference is you. You are the major key to your better future.
