FEATURES & BENEFITS
Energy efficiency is enhanced through the unique assembly design of the eStylWall™ II flat wall system, including thermal spacer blocks and fiberglass blanket insulation.
Thermax insulation board further increases energy efficiency.
Concealed fasteners create a smooth, monolithic exterior.
High-performing Butler-Cote™ 25-year fluoropolymer finish resists chalking and fading.
Versatile system can be used with Butler roof and structural systems for all building types.
FEATURES & BENEFITS
Attractive broad-ribbed design and embossed surface produces interesting shadows and consistent texture
Special interlocking joint design allows panels to easily “lock” into place for faster installation
Can be combined with other Butler® wall systems or brick, glass, and other conventional materials
16” panel width, combined with the side “return leg,” enables application of almost any conventional finish on the interior of the wall system
Factory-installed rigid insulation board for enhanced energy efficiency
Available in several visually appealing colors
FEATURES & BENEFITS
Choice of three exterior panel designs
Fluted panels feature a surface with deep corrugations
Fineline panels utilize shallow corrugations
Flat panels create a smooth embossed surface ideal for architectural applications
Panels are available in 2-, 2-1/2-, 3-, and 4-inch thicknesses to meet your thermal performance needs
Features Butler-Cote™ finish system, a Kynar 500® or Hylar 5000®fluoropolymer high performance finish in a variety of available colors
Interior face is finished with an attractive fineline configuration with a polyester white color
Concealed fasteners for a smooth, uniform appearance
IDEAL USES:
Virtually any commercial or industrial
building, from architectural applications
to cold-storage facilities
Metal wall panel combines the
aesthetics of a flat wall panel and high
insulation values of a urethane core.
Insulated metal wall panels are well suited for exterior wall and interior partition applications. The lightly corrugated profile on both faces of the panel ensures symmetry from outside the building to inside, and from room to room in partition applications.
Insulated metal wall panel provides bold
vertical lines complementary to almost
any commercial or industrial building.
Insulated metal wall panel has a flat
exterior profile with a heavy stucco-
embossed texture that mimics the look of
conventional masonry stucco.
Insulated metal wall panel with an
attractive stucco-like appearance and
heat cured under controlled conditions to
ensure a strong bond to the metal surface.

Very heavy members
Very small margin for error
Connections may be difficult
Somewhat limited building design flexibility
Economics of scale demand regularly shaped buildings.
Need for repetition of forms will affect building design.
Joints between panels are often expensive and complicated.
Skilled workmanship is required in the application of the panel on site.
Cranes are required to lift panels.
Precast concrete is a moldable material
which combines architectural effects with
structural capacity. A variety of colors,
textures and shapes are available for
selection.
