The door itself is white wooden with brass handles, in good condition. There is a coathanger at the back of the door but 1 of the bars is missing. There is evidence on the ceiling of a little bit of damp or watercoming through from above around the light but nothing major. At the back of the property there is a wooden doorleading to the exit outside of the flats, probably a fire escape but we do not appear to have a key to that door.
