PurPle HAze®

Purple Haze® is a lager brewed with real raspberries added after filtration. It is brewed with pilsner and wheat malts and Vanguard hops. The berries add a fruity aroma, tartly sweet taste and a subtle purple color and haze...you may see fruit pulp in the beer.

Turbodog®

Turbodog® is a dark brown ale brewed with pale, caramel, and chocolate malts and Willamette hops. This combination gives Turbodog® its rich body and color and a sweet chocolate, toffee-like flavor.

JockAmo IPA®

Jockamo is an American IPA brewed with pale, red, and caramel malts. This copper colored ale is liberally hopped and dry hopped with Willamette and Columbus hops. The flavor is bold like the “Mardi Gras Indians” who march through New Orleans in suits of feathers and beads.

resTorATIon PAle Ale®

Restoration Pale Ale® is brewed with pale, caramel and carapils malts. It is liberally hopped and dry hopped with Cascade hops. This golden ale has a rich body, mild bitterness, and a snappy citrus hop flavor and aroma. With your help Restoration raised over $550,000 for hurricane relief.

lIgHTAbita Light is an all malt lager brewed with pilsner and carapils malts and Vanguard hops. It is the smoothest and most flavorful light beer you’ll ever taste. Crisp and refreshing with a mild hop aroma, it has only 118 calories and 8 carbs.

goldenAbita Golden is a Munich-style helles lager brewed with pilsner and wheat malts and hopped with German Perle and Vanguard hops.It is a bright golden color with a nice malt flavor and subtle hop aroma.

mArdI grAs bockAbita Bock (January – March) is similar to German Maibocks with its rich malt flavor and full body. This crisp full-bodied brew has a sweet malty aroma with a lingering sweetness. A perfect choice during Carnival season in New Orleans.

red AleAbita Red Ale (March – May) is hopped and dry hopped with Cascade and Sterling hops. It has a strong caramel flavor and a pleasant hop aroma. This ruby red ale with a lacy collar is a St. Patrick’s Day favorite.

WHeATAbita Wheat (May – September) is a lager and is filtered for a bright gold color and clean, dry finish. Abita Wheat is the perfect summer-time beer. Unlike many traditional German wheat beers ours is a lager, not an ale, with a generous amount of wheat and a clean, simple flavor.

FAll FesTAbita Fall Fest (September – November) is an Octoberfest-style lager brewed with pale, Munich, and caramel malts. It is hopped with German Perle and Hallertau hops. The result is a full bodied, malty lager with a bright amber color.

cHrIsTmAs Ale(November – December) Each year at the Abita Brewery we craft a special dark ale for the holiday season. The recipe changes annually so that Abita Christmas Ale is always the perfect gift.

sTrAWberry HArvesT lAgerThe Abita Harvest Collection showcases the true flavors of Louisiana produce. Real Louisiana strawberry juice is added after filtration resulting in a crisp lager with a sweet strawberry flavor, aroma and haze.

sATsumA HArvesT WITAbita Satsuma Harvest Wit is made with real Louisiana satsumas and spiced with coriander and orange peel. This unfiltered brew has a slightly cloudy appearance with a subtle citrus flavor and aroma.

PecAn® HArvesT AlePecan® harvest is an ale brewed with real Louisiana roasted pecans which are added in the brewhouse and give the ale a subtle nutty flavor and aroma.

rooT beerAbita Root Beer is brewed to accentuate the traditional herbal flavors found in American root beers of the 1940s and 50s. We’ve added a touch of vanilla for creaminess and a pinch of yucca to produce a lacy collar of foam. Our root beer is made with Louisiana cane sugar to create an old-fashioned taste that’s Louisiana True®.
