OPS BSA emails order to appropriate sales rep to gather information
to complete order
I f over 20 lines, order is assigned to OPS BSA.

response. Customer will be contacted via email and
telephone. All information documented.

confirmation to the OPS BSA via the Florida
Government email box.

OPS BSA will file cancelation in the Correspondence
Folder in the Florida Gov Box.
I f 20 lines or less, sales keys order in SHOPP. I f 21 lines
or more, sales submits order to FL Gov Support Box on LOA and references the
new e-code. I f no rep available, the House e-code
will be used
Ops BSA processes all qualified orders submitted to the FL Gov
Support Box. When appropriate, sales may be emailed orders for
assistance with the box.
SHOPP generates email for Customerrequesting review and approval.
Corporate orders processed will be sent to the customer via confirmation email,
copied to FL Gov box, and then saved to the Completed SOFLC/ WFM folderOPS BSA will send the
customer a confirmation of completion.
