DESCRIPTION

Fitz Architects with the aid of Sunderland Planning Department are attempting to make changes to the existing Pier Point Development / Marine Walk / Sunderland / SR60PL using a new unassociated planning application (Ref. No: 15/00782/FUL). Fitz Architects have built a first floor office over 50msq on a site which has no restraints other than financial constraints. Building regulations require a lift be installed to the first floor offices to enable access for all to services / facilities and employment opportunities. This development has been given planning consent for 240 sqm of first floor office use.
