Increase your cardio fitness in a fun and exciting way. This dance fitness program uses styles from all around the world. If you can move you can Groove!

Grow longer and stronger as your explore this journey of Yoga and Pilates movements. Reduce stress with positive, uplifting music and supportive instructors.

This fusion of martial arts and boxing movements will kick your cardio fitness to the next level while defining and shaping your body and self confidence.

Incorporating all elements of fitness, Group Active will increase your cardio fitness, build your strength and improve your balance and flexibility.

Pedal in groups, roll over hills, chase the pack, climb mountains and spin your way to burning calories & strengthening your lower body. Ride On!

CYCLE is a freestyle class that requires NO coordination. It burns maximum calories while you tone and shape your body with the ride of your life.

BOXING combines impact and cardiovascular training. Feel the adrenaline as you push your body to the limits. Cotten inners are required.

Circuitis a station based program focusing on core stability, back strength and the whole body. It’s a great first class to try...

Fit, Firm,Flexible

develops your strength, fitness and flexibility through an equipment combination class. All levels.

GorgeousGlutes

is a 30 minute class designed for your glutes. It’s a quick, low-impact class so you’re in and out on your lunch break to then head back to work.

AWESOME

ABSis a 30 minute blast class for your abdominals. It’s a quick, low-impact class so you’re in and out ready for work.

LovelyLegs

is a 30 minute blast class for your legs and glutes. It’s a quick, low-impact class so you’re in and out ready for work.

BellydanceChore.

is a class for the more advanced bellydancer. It combines stepping, style and choreography.

Pilates uses a unique method of body control and conditioning. It stretches and strengthens the muscles and improves balance and flexibility.

FitballPilates

is a more advanced Pilates class utilising the fitball to increase core strength and stability.

Strength& Stretch

these classes prove beneficial in reducing stress, improving posture & strengthening the muscles. It also helps in improving the flexibility of the body thus enhancing the range of motion of all body parts & helps increase core strength.

FITBALLSTRETCH The same as Strength and Stretch but utilises the fitball.

HathaYoga

is a slow-paced class with simple stretches, breathing exercises and a meditation to finish. You will learn basic poses & relaxation techniques.

MEDATIVEYoga is similiar to Hatha yoga with more focus on meditation. Meditation can help

reduce stress & anxiety, lower blood pressure & much more...

MINDFULYoga

is a combination of Hatha yoga & Meditative yoga. You will practice mindfulness of the body through guided meditation, yoga poses & deep relaxation.

YinYoga

has the same goals & objectives as Hatha yoga, but it is a little deeper It targets connective tissues such as ligaments, bones & joints that we sometimes miss.

TaiChi

is an ancient form of martial arts that you can physically and mentally benefit from. It delivers a sense of calm and strength.

Pulses is a class designed for people with heart conditions. It uses gentle and light paced activity that can increase your fitness & mobility.

ModernDANCE

develops your jazz skills while learning a number of dance combinations. Jazz shoes required.

Broadway

JAZZis Chicago meets Cabaret. It is an experience you’ll love while meeting new friends!

Tap is suitable for all. There is a class for beginners, intermediate and advanced. Tap shoes are required.

Contemporary

DANCEis for adults with some experience. It improves your skills and technique. Jazz shoes required.

Balletis offered to adults with some experience. It will improve your skills andtechnique. Ballet or Jazz shoes required.

PosturePerfect

Are you sitting at a computer everyday??? Constant headaches,stiff neck, tight shoulders? Then this stretch class is for you!

AQUA is a cardiovascular workout in a non-impact environment. It’s great for jointproblems, impact related problems and pregnancy. Swimming costume required.

MMATechnique

Mixed Martial Arts refers to training that incorporates a variety of authentic training techniques from martial arts such as boxing, kickboxing,Thai boxing & Jiu Jitsu. Beginners welcome.

MMAFITNESS

This session will help you make amazing fitness gains whilst keeping it interesting and new. It is a class for anyone and everyone, so come and give it a go.
