Bootcamp CrossFit• Bootcamp classes are designed to

give you a total body workout and improve your overall fitness level in the shortest time possible.

• Suitable for all fitness levels: beginner to advanced, participants experience a challenging, functional and fun workout every session. 

• A key component of Bootcamp fitness is the use of teamwork to structure its classes and get its members fit. This is achieved through forming teams that will either compete or cooperate within the class in the pursuit of the class objectives.

Tabata Fitness• The differences are that rest and work

periods in Tabata are shorter compared to HIIT, and Tabata pushes the limit on the percentage of your maximum heart rate. Rest: 30 seconds to 2 minutes is a general range. I like a 1:1 or 1:2 ratio, meaning 1 minute work, 1 minute rest or 1 minute work and 2 minutes recovery.

• For 20 seconds, do as many reps of the assigned exercise as you can, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat this pattern seven more times for a total of 8 intervals, or 4 minutes of total exercise. The score is the least number of reps scored in any of the intervals.
