Fisch in GreekFisch with vegetables

*about 1 kilogram of fisch*1-2 leeks*6 carrots*2 parsley*tomato concentrate*vinegar*salt*sugar*maggi*celery*garlic

Ingredients

We have to coat fisch in eggs and bread crumbs. Later fry in hot oil.

First Step

We have to peel vegetables, wipe off on grater carrots, celery, garlic and parsley. Grated vegetables throw into the pot and simmer

covered with same water.

When vegetables are cooking up throw cut leeks. Next simmer abuot seven minutes

Later we should season vagetables- salt, maggi, vinegar, sugar and 2-3 teaspoons tomato

concetrate.

Cooked vegetables cover on a plate. On this put fry and cut fisch. Next cover fish second layer of

vegetables.
