No. 2068 –– PARLIAMENTARY ELECTIONS ACT (CHAPTER 218) NOTICE UNDER SECTION 43(6) Notice is given under section 43(6) of the Parliamentary Elections Act that the Registration Officer has received from the Returning Officer the certified lists of electors who failed to vote at the General Election held on 10 July 2020 at the electoral divisions set out in the first column of the First Schedule. The certified lists of electors mentioned above (except the list relating to polling district PN23 of the electoral division of Pasir Ris-Punggol) may be inspected at the following places, with effect from 5 October 2020: (a) for all the electoral divisions set out in the first column of the First Schedule –– (i) at the office of the Registration Officer, 11 Prinsep Link, Singapore 187949, during its operating hours; and (ii) at each overseas registration centre specified in the Second Schedule, during its operating hours; (b) for each electoral division set out in the first column of the First Schedule –– at any of the places specified opposite that electoral division in the second column of that Schedule, during the operating hours of that place.

No. 2068 –– PARLIAMENTARY ELECTIONS ACT (CHAPTER 218)

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 43(6)

Notice is given under section  43(6) of the Parliamentary Elections Act that the Registration Officer has received from the Returning Officer the certified lists of electors who failed to vote at the General Election held on 10 July 2020 at the electoral divisions set out in the first column of the First Schedule.

The certified lists of electors mentioned above (except the list relating to polling district PN23 of the electoral division of Pasir Ris-Punggol) may be inspected at the following places, with effect from 5 October 2020:

(a) for all the electoral divisions set out in the first column of the First Schedule ––

(i) at the office of the Registration Officer, 11 Prinsep Link, Singapore 187949, during its operating hours; and

(ii) at each overseas registration centre specified in the Second Schedule, during its operating hours;

(b) for each electoral division set out in the first column of the First Schedule –– at any of the places specified opposite that electoral division in the second column of that Schedule, during the operating hours of that place.
