Fire Rescue Volunteer Exit Survey

The Albemarle County Department of Fire Rescue is committed to finding ways to make the workplace better for our volunteer and career personnel. This exit survey provides us with valuable information to measure our success and will help us identify ways to continually improve the working environment.

When answering the survey questions, please focus your answers on the experience you had at your particular station/organization.

We appreciate your service, and we are thankful for your willingness to complete this survey and enhance the fire and emergency medical services system in Albemarle County.
