Drug Court is a judicially supervised, intensive program that entails referrals to a number of possible interventions including Intensive
Outpatient Group Drug Treatment, Individual Counseling, Case Management and an individualized regimen for all participants. Each
case is staffed weekly with each participant appearing in court weekly. Adult Drug Court is designed to last approximately twelve
months. There is no charge for drug court, however some of the programs that Drug Court refers to may have a cost, and this cost is paid
by the participant.

Lordsburg Child Development Center provides services to preschool children, as well as for infants and toddlers. Children who attend
our program participate in a variety of educational activities, receive medical/dental care, eat healthy meals/snacks, and enjoy playing
indoors/outdoors in a safe, clean and nurturing setting. Our program offers families a sense of belonging, support services, and a chance
to be involved in activities to help the whole family- we invite you to share your goals. Region Headstart and State Toddler Childcare
offers services related to education, nutrition, health, disabilities, mental health and family services for 3 and 4 year old children and

This office provides food stamps and financial assistance to families with dependent children and to persons with disabilities.
Applications for Medicaid coverage are available to pregnant women, families with dependent children, children up to age 18,
individuals in nursing homes, or individuals who must have in-home-care. Energy assistance is available for those with low income for
heating or cooling bills. Applicants must fill out appropriate paperwork and be qualified based on their income. Each qualified applicant

Casa Esperanza is a non-profit, low-cost, home-away- from- home that serves out of town cancer patients and their family while the
patient undergoes treatment at an Albuquerque health care facility. Casa Esperanza can accommodate up to 28 families at a time and is
designed for both long and short-term stays. Each family unit has its own private room. Fees are applicable, but no one is denied
accommodations on the basis of their inability to pay. Rooms are available with the following options: $27 nightly/accommodates up to
three people, or $32 nightly/accommodates up to five people. There is a $15 refundable key deposit.
