SHIPPING

To receive 100% credit for Dr.'s Redo’s please submit original lenses and invoice within 60 days. All lenses qualify for a second Dr Redo at 50% within 30 daysfrom date of first redo. To receive 50% credit for Dr.'s Redo’s original lenses and invoice must be returned in 30 days. For faster redo processing submityour returns via the online RMA process at shop.kmarsoptical.com.

100% credit for optician error covers lenses ordered incorrectly with invoice returned within 30 days. One redo per job is allowed.

ARmor™ AR is covered for a one (1) year warranty for normal use one time only. Sapphire™ AR, Diamond™ AR & Blue Diamond™ AR are covered for two (2)years with a no questions asked policy for one time only. Original lenses must be returned for AR warranty claims processing. Stock Finished Lens AR Coatingsare covered for up to one (1) year. Armor Guard™ AR is covered for two (2) years against scratching, peeling, crazing under normal use. Stock Lenses that areabused, damaged or chipped during processing are not covered. K-Mars Optical will issue a one time credit for the original lenses after the ECP has purchasedreplacement lenses with the following conditions: 1. Original and replacement lenses must be of the same Rx 2. Original lenses and invoice.

All multi-focals, digital PALs and digital single vision lenses are covered under 90 days 100% non-adapt warranty.

RUSH SERVICE$15 service charge will be added per request for expedited orders.

All lenses are covered under a 90 day no questions asked scratch warranty policy.

POLYCARBONATE/TRIVEXPolycarbonate comes with a 90 day warranty against cracking & breaking. Trivex has a lifetime guarantee against breaking.WARNING: This product contains a chemical known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm.

Lenses not yet processed may be canceled at no charge. To cancel a job in process 50% of the full invoice will be billed. Special order lenses or clips are noteligible for cancelation and will be charged in full if the job is already in process.

Account balances must remain current at all times to avoid suspension of services. Accounts that are past due are subject to suspension of service and newjobs will not be processed until balance is made current.

Shipping available with Local Courier in CA. FedEx, USPS and UPS shipping options are also available. We are not responsible for lost shipments onin-bound packages. Out-bound packages are covered up to $100 with receipts.

DIOPTER CHARGES

FRAME POLICYNew frames and patient owned frames or lenses may be defective and break during lens fabrication. POFs and POLs are not covered. If a new frame breaksat a solder point, barrel or any stress point, we are not responsible and frame should be returned to the manufacturer for credit. Frames purchased fromK-Mars Optical are covered for a one (1) year manufacturer warranty.

NEW TINT POLICYEffective October 1st 2016 we will only tint stock finished lenses with a 20% tint darkness (Example: Gray 1 or Brown 1) or less. All tints above a 20% and matchtints will be surfaced automatically.
