Has your company done a survey of ridership in the last 3 years?
All survey respondents answered “No”.
Please summarize: 1) The greatest gaps in service you see, and
2) What you view as your current systems greatest strengths.
Comments
Gaps Strengths
There are not enough workers, hours in the day, or vans to
meet all the need.
We work very hard to make sure everyone has access to care.
Providing transportation for folks living in rural areas is
difficult due to long trips and unreliable services.
We do have some capacity to directly transport clients.
Employment transportation for shift workers and odd
schedules.
The area that we cover is our greatest strength, as well as
customer service.
Lack of vehicles flexibility. Hours of service.
There is no coordination. There are just small pockets of
transportation provided and very hard to access.
