A survey leaded by Doctor Luigi Ricciardo, published on “Cancer Prevention Research", proved that this apple helps to fight colon's cancer.

The researchers' team, analized some mice divided into 2 groups. The first group followed a balanced diet, while the other one followed a diet with a lot of fat and without fibers and calcium. The mice were put on probation; in fact the first group drank apple "Annurca"'s juice with water, the second group drank just water.

The result of the experiment have proved that the apple "Annurca" reduced the concentration of polys in the mice's stomach, on the other hand the second group's polyps were coupled.

Caporale. The first one has a slighty yellow peel, while the second one has white spots.
