A compass is a guide that helps you to locate yourself and reach your destination.

All humans have an internal compass that works even though the person is unaware of it.

Sometimes, it helps you to make a decision. Other times, it compells you to do a certain task.

Knowing the compass can help a person to improve his or her life and live happily.

Knowing your destination gives power to your journey. That is called a vision.

The main challenge is to have determination to get to your vision. That comes when your future objective is giving benefit to many and is aligned to your own values.

Visualize yourself in the future and understand what is expecting you there. Prepare yourself by developing proper values to live that future life.

South: what can influence your journey?

Your values come from your childhood, culture, family and society in general. That has been defining your journey in many aspects. Knowing it helps you to change what is needed.

The main challenge is to align the yearning of the soul to reach a future point and the reality of the person.

Spirituality can help you to change values and to redefine your personality, so that you can reach your ultimate goal.

East and West: how to balance life?

Real spirituality is always practical and useful in day-to-day life. Spiritual knowledge and wisdom help you at times of difficult decision-making.

Sometimes we tend to go too much into the East and life turns unreal… At other times, we tend to lose touch with our own wisdom and become engrossed into life.

Meditation can help you balance both, by giving you the chance to explore the self and understand the self even more, which helps at a time of practical decisions.
