AIChE Recruiter Registration & Payment Form

Payment & Cancellation Policy:Full payment must accompany all exhibitor registrations. Special payment arrangements must be approved in advance by AIChE and written confirmation must be attached to this agreement. All payments must be received in full 30 days before the meeting start date unless otherwise arranged. For onsite participants, table locations are assigned approximately 2-4 weeks prior to the meeting start date. Registrations not paid in full 30 days prior to meeting start date will not be assigned a table location until full payment is received. Registrations made 29 days or less before the meeting start date must be paid in full. No alternative payment arrangements will be made.

All reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior will receive a 75% refund. (A 25% processing fee is charged on all cancellations received more than 30 days before the Meeting.) Cancellations received less than 30 days prior are not eligible for refund.

Please tell us the name of the individual responsible for the logistics of your participation. All correspondence regarding the onsite recruitment opportunities will be sent to this contact.

With your registration form please submit a brief description of your company. This will be included in the program book that the student’s receive upon entering the Fair. It should be no more than 250 words and usually includes info on your company and a link to your company’s website.
