The first card that you will receive will be at no cost for you or your company. If you

wish to renew it after its expiration, there will be a nominal fee.

Each employee receives one free of charge discount card. In case your card is

stolen or lost during its validity period, you can obtain a replacement card at a

nominal fee.

*All new employees have the right to get a free card. We will prepare it upon

receiving a request by the person in charge within the respective company who

deals with the distribution of the cards.

Yes. The card is valid from the moment you receive it to 31 Dec 2017.

Yes, it does. All cards with validity period by 31 December 2016 have been

automatically renewed (at no cost) until 31 December 2017. Nominal fee for

production still will be due by the employees but only in the cases when a second /

replacement card is requested.
