“I really focus on a person’s whole self when I’m working with a new Distributor,” she explains. “It’s not about just understanding the business and coaching through the ranks. It’s about being healthy and confident in your own skin. I love helping people grow in all these areas so they can then develop their business with authenticity and integrity.”

A mother of two girls, Carla says she feels blessed every day that she is able to do generous things for her family, as well as for others. “This business has given me such freedom of my time, along with the financial freedom to be able to do outrageous things like send my daughter to horse camp for two weeks or blessing 24 people with a Disney cruise,” she says. “These are things I couldn’t even dream of before joining It Works!”
