The F-TEN® Asia experience

F-TEN® Asia comprises of six key elements which run in parallel during the programme. This ensures participants have time to learn, reflect and apply knowledge and skills with support from fellow participants, a mentor and business sponsor. F-TEN® Asia will be hosted at SMU’s world-class Singapore campus, and participants will be partnered with a mentor in their local region.

F-TEN® ASIA: A BLENDED LEARNING JOURNEY

THE PROGRAMME INCLUDES:

ONLINE ICAEW BOARD-LEVEL 360° LEADERSHIP ASSESSMENT x2

This provides feedback from peers, direct reports, line managers and stakeholders on key leadership behaviours. The assessment is repeated at the end of the programme to measure progress and identify next steps.

NETWORKING DINNERS x4 (pre-workshop evening off campus)

Non-Executive Directors, CEOs, CFOs share their different perspectives and ‘lessons learned’ while leading a business at board level.

CFO LEADERSHIP WORKSHOPS x4 (1 day, on campus)

Delivered by SMU’s expert global management faculty. Participants will focus on fine-tuning and refreshing the skills needed to be credible in a boardroom environment in the CFO role.

PEER LEARNING GROUPS x4 (1/2 day on campus)

Participants work with an expert facilitator in small groups to apply the learning from the workshops using their current business and leadership challenges as case studies. These groups provide an excellent forum for developing external perspectives and new ideas.

EXECUTIVE ONE-TO-ONE COACHING SESSIONS x4 (45 mins via telephone)

The one-to-one coaching sessions will provide participants with a personal development opportunity and ensure learnings and experiences from the workshops and peer groups are taken back into the workplace.

BUSINESS MENTORING SESSIONS WITH LEADING NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS, CEOs AND CFOs x6 (1.5 hours per session, local to you)

Participants are matched to a local mentor who will work with them on their individual career and business development needs.
