APRA Reporting overview
Using a combination of standard TechnologyOne functionality, organisations import data from their core banking system, TechnologyOne Financials and other third party systems. This is then processed, re-mapped and calculated in line with the current APRA report definitions and transformations. The end result is a data warehouse capable of producing an organisation’s monthly and quarterly APRA reports in
both hard copy (XLOne workbook) and soft copy (XML file format). The XML file is formatted for loading directly into APRA’s D2A portal.
The ease of use of the solution is such that customers are empowered to manage and maintain the process and reports, without the need for additional consulting services.
Key features and benefits
Save time by generating reports automaticallyThe APRA Reporting toolkit produces reports in the correct format by extracting data from multiple sources including the core banking system, financial data and variable market information supplied by third party systems.
Our toolkit allows reports to be configured to meet the APRA reporting standards and the Direct to APRA (D2A) xml file upload process required by ADI’s in Australia.
Promotes self sufficiencyThe APRA reports can be easily maintained by users and is backed by TechnologyOne’s continuing research, sector specialists, robust software platforms and commitment to financial services industry partnerships.
Integrated reporting capabilityBy integrating with TechnologyOne Budgeting and Forecasting, managers can undertake margin analysis and gain insight into forecast vs actual performance – enabling them to keep liquidity and capital adequacy ratios at the required levels.
